The North Country Prenatal/Perinatal Council serves child rearing families at no cost. They offer a Maternal and Child Health Regional Coordinating Council, maternal and child health education and outreach, adolescent pregnancy services and prevention, they facilitate enrollment for Child Health Plus, Family Health Plus, and Medicaid.
