The Jefferson Rehabilitation Center (JRC) serves people who have developmental disabilities, a mental illness or a dual diagnosis.  SERVICES • Residential & Vocational Services • Service Coordination • Day Programming • Article 28 Clinic Services • Preschool & Early Intervention • Respite Services • Traumatic Brain Injury Treatment      For the programs supported by the Office of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities (OMRDD), the onset of diagnosis must be before the age of 22. For individuals with the onset of a diagnosis of Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) after the age of 22, funding is provided by the Department of Health.  For many of JRC's programs, individuals must be eligible for Medicaid/Social Security.
