Experience Works is
a national, nonprofit organization that provides training and employment
services for mature workers. Established in 1965 as Green Thumb, and renamed
Experience Works in 2002, the organization reaches more than 125,000 mature
individuals in all 50 states and Puerto Rico each year.
Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) - Funded under Title
V of the Older Americans Act, this program helps thousands of low-income
individuals.

A wide variety of computer-skills and technology-training services, and
other job-related training programs.

that provides senior artisans and crafters a nationwide market for their
unique, handcrafted goods.
Experience WorksSM Prime Time Awards
Program - A year-long effort to recognize the contributions of older
workers at the local, state, and national level.
Local Services - A variety of services targeted to the unique needs of
local markets, offered to a community, a county, or even an entire state
