OUR SERVICES

• The Pediatric Primary Care and Mental Health Services- Provided for children up to age 21.

• The Women Infants and Children (WIC) Program- For pregnant and post partum women, breast feeding women and children up to age 5 who meet financial and nutritional guidelines.

• The Dental Program- Available to children up to age 21 and family members on a space available basis.

• The School Based Health Care Program- For K-12 students in the Watertown City School District. Students must be enrolled by a parent or guardian.

• Adolescent Pregnancy Program- Available to at-risk pregnant and parenting teens.

• The Growing Up Healthy Program- Helps families without insurance apply for Child & Family Health Plus.
